15 Ads, 118 unique identified attributes

Overview

Brother wanted more than a creative audit. It wanted truth it could act on.

We put AdSkate to work on the campaign’s ads and pulled apart the visual and messaging choices shaping performance, from image tone and background context to product focus and calls to action.

The result was a clearer read on which creative signals helped Brother earn attention and which ones diluted it. That kind of clarity turns creative from opinion into proof.

The Goal

Brother wanted data-driven insight into which creative attributes moved campaign performance, so it could understand what drove stronger engagement and purchase outcomes.

The Challenge

The campaign needed a clean read on performance across multiple creative variables. Brother had 15 ads in static and video formats, 118 identified attributes, and a year’s worth of activity to make sense of. The question was simple. Which visual and messaging choices actually mattered?

The Solution

We used AdSkate to examine Brother’s ads and campaign data as one connected system. It identified patterns across objects and products, visual tone, messaging themes, environments, and imagery style.

That let us see which combinations built momentum and which ones fell flat. Home and office settings, vibrant tones, and specific printer use-case messaging all emerged as stronger signals.

A person using a copier

The Proof

Brother’s ads showed stronger performance when they featured workspace environments, vibrant color tones, and clear product use-case messaging. Product-only visuals and broad messaging underperformed. The pattern was consistent enough to explain, not just celebrate.

4 Ads, 13 attributes

Overview

AdSkate provided a sharper read on what to keep, what to push, and where the creative itself was doing the heavy lifting.

Chevy wanted clearer, data-backed truth from its display campaign creative. AdSkate read the 4 ads as a system — not just as isolated assets — to assess which of the 13 creative attributes were actually moving performance over the first month. Then, we connected those signals to updates Chevy could defend and repeat.

The Goal

Optimize Chevy’s 4 Display ads to get the most value from the work, and identify attributes that resonate most for future campaigns.

Side view of a Chevy car

The Challenge

Chevy needed to separate creative signal from noise. With multiple attributes visible inside a short campaign window, the question wasn’t just if the ads were appealing — it was which objects and message lines were actually tied to better performance.

The Solution

We used AdSkate to analyze Chevy’s ad creatives and campaign data together, then mapped creative attributes and parameters to performance outcomes. The process identified the specific elements that correlated with stronger CTR and result lift.

overview of a highway with cars.

The Proof

The campaign analysis found that:

  • Incorporating “shopping,” “flowers,” and “house” elements boosted CTR by 25%.
  • The primary ad message, “Your Crew Can Have a Roomy, No-Compromise Interior,” led to a 2% increase in Results.

Overall, when these were combined, AdSkate also showed 7% savings across the campaign, giving Chevy a clearer case for what was working and why. The optimizations leveraged true creative signals, not guesswork, for explainable results.

Overview

A lousy hotel, a lame party, or a silent dinner have one thing in common, bad hosts.

We needed to show what a good host IONOS was, how attentive and secure, and we needed to do it at a local level.   Concentrated campaigns focusing on the core Your Host Matters platform hit the right audiences. That’s not accidental, that’s work that compounds.

The Goal

Thousands of Partner Program sign-ups and new orders in under two months. New creative content, tailored to local markets needed to be created quickly.

The Challenge

IONOS was a newer entry into the crowded US web hosting market filled with competitors that outspend them by hundreds of millions of dollars. They had limited time to get up to speed and enter the market.

The Solution

Consumer reviews revealed an opportunity to focus on their uniquely human approach to customer service ― a personal consultant for every customer free of charge.

We created the platform Your Host Matters. A good host provides personal attention, security, and respect.  The same is true for your website.

We reflected this core message in a range of market-specific digital messages.

But we needed to go deep to turn awareness into conversion. We tapped into two often overlooked audiences – Female Developers and Minority-owned Small Businesses through partnerships with Women Who Code and Small Business Expo.

The Proof

Strong audience insight led to rapid growth, including the highest social media engagement in IONOS global history.

Overview

Edgar Snyder & Associates needed media that could do more than chase reach.

Programmatic display wasn’t carrying its weight. It cost too much and converted less effectively than the rest of the mix.

By shifting display buying from DV360 to Roku’s OneView, we decreased CPMs so budget could go farther. Then we used OTT to create the first touch and retargeted exposed users on their other devices. That connected system tied creative and media together with cleaner data and better sequencing.

The Proof

The shift to OneView and its lower costs drove a 317% increase in impressions, with CPM dropping from $5.25 in DV360 to $1.70 in OneView.

  • +317%

    Increase in impressions

  • +120

Increase in conversions across live chat sessions and calls

  • -39%

    Cost per conversion

The Goal

ESA wanted to raise awareness and drive more conversions — specifically live chat sessions and phone calls — while making programmatic display more cost effective.

The Challenge

Programmatic display was expensive and underperforming compared with other media in the mix. ESA needed a smarter way to create more conversion opportunities without paying more for each one.

The Solution

We moved display buying from Google Stack (DV360) to Roku’s OneView, which relied more on first-party data and less on third-party cookies. We ran OTT ads through OneView, then retargeted people who had seen the ad with Display on their other devices.

The new structure leaned on better qualified first-party data and multiple touchpoints, which made the buy more targeted and more efficient. The outcome: more impressions, more conversions, and lower cost per conversion.

Overview

In a category where every second matters, the old site needed more than a visual refresh. It needed a new system.

Dairyland came to us with a clear need: rebuild the website around speed, content, and a better user experience.

We started with the truth in the market, connected strategy, content, UX, and technical architecture into one plan, and gave Dairyland a stronger foundation for growth.

The Proof

The redesigned site launched on time and on budget, driving a 35% growth in YoY conversions. That momentum led to additional projects with their parent company, Sentry, in B2B insurance. Clear architecture. Measurable lift. Repeatable value.

  • On Time

    Launch timing

  • On Budget

    Budget Status

The Goal

Dairyland wanted a complete website revamp that would improve speed, content delivery, user experience, and brand presentation in a competitive insurance category.

The Challenge

The new website had to perform in the high-pressure, non-standard auto-insurance space, where speed and content delivery matter. Dairyland also needed the work to cover content, technical architecture, UX, and branding at once, without losing momentum or control.

A close up of two people driving in a car. One driver and one passenger

The Solution

We started with strategy, completing competitive, content, SEO, and UX audits, then worked with Dairyland’s marketing and IT teams to design a composable architecture and built the site using Contentful CMS, a static site generator, and the Uniform content editor. We shaped the content model around SEO, tuned the experience around usability, and built a flexible system that could support the new site and future work.

Building a positive reputation during a difficult moment

Overview

We looked for usable story angles instead of waiting for a big headline to break.

Reliance Worldwide Corporation needed a sharper way to stay visible when fiscal 2022 brought supply chain pressure and only one major announcement: a new acquisition. We kept the PR engine running anyway. The team story-mined angles for interviews, bylines, and product highlights. Trade coverage, original press, and sponsored content widened visibility.

The work focused on trade audiences, clear brand messages, and consistent proof across earned coverage, original press, and sponsored content.

The Proof

An always-on, proactive media relations approach gave the brand reach and a cleaner reputation profile.

  • 100+

    Earned stories

  • 24

    Months with zero negative mentions

The Goal

Keep RWC visible, earn more interviews and bylines, and surface product stories even in a year with limited company news.

The Challenge

RWC faced supply chain issues and a thin news calendar in fiscal 2022. With only one major announcement of a new acquisition, the brand needed another way to stay in the conversation with industry stakeholders.

  • Visibility

A slow news year meant there wasn’t anything organic to build on – but they needed to stay relevant.

  • Perception

Supply chain issues posed a risk to contractor perception of the product that we had to stay out ahead of.

The Solution

We ran an always-on public relations strategy built around story mining, trade coverage, original press, and sponsored content. We centered the work on visibility and perception, then shaped pitch angles that could earn interviews, bylines, and product highlights without waiting for major news to land. Trade Coverage secured includes:

The result was steady attention RWC could count on — and a media footprint that was measurable, repeatable, and explainable.

Overview

Potential customers searching for banking and mortgage keywords were not discovering WesBanco as the leader in the space that they are.

WesBanco had the products. They had the expertise. What they didn’t have was visibility. And in search, invisibility is indistinguishable from absence.

The website had almost no content targeting the keywords their customers were actually using. One mortgage page. No landing page architecture. No path for search engines to follow.

Three years of disciplined SEO and content work built that path. And the results compounded from there.

The Proof

Three years in. The organic visibility WesBanco deserved finally matched the market position they’d already earned.

  • 2x+

YoY increase in organic traffic to mortgage web pages

  • 50

Position improvement in targeted keywords within six months

  • 36

Terms onto page 1 within six months

The Goal

WesBanco was invisible for the keywords their customers were searching. The goal was to fix that, and turn organic search into a real driver of mortgage product awareness and application starts.

  • Visibility

Rank for high-value non-branded banking and mortgage keywords in major search engines

  • Conversions

Drive measurable growth in mortgage product awareness and application starts

The Challenge

In search, WesBanco wasn’t ranking for non-branded keywords. That meant potential customers were finding competitors first and never discovering WesBanco at all. The website compounded the problem. Almost no content existed beyond a single mortgage page.

We needed more content that spoke to WesBanco's unique product offerings, built to rank, and designed to move a potential customer toward an application.

The Solution

Our SEO and content teams built the work in stages.

  1. Year 1

In year one, we created SEO-optimized content pages around core products and expanded one mortgage page into 10 targeted landing pages to widen keyword reach and audience coverage.

  2. Year 2

In year two, we added long-form pages to support SEO and link back to key product pages, while revising blog content for stronger performance.

  3. Year 3

In year three, we refined site optimizations around specific audiences and needs, building new content and improving user experience to strengthen internal linking and external awareness.

Overview

The work turned spend decisions into a repeatable model for growth.

A large hospital network needed a clearer way to grow marketing-driven new patient acquisition inside a fixed budget.

We built a connected marketing mix modeling system that surfaced the truth in the system: two different patient decision paths, each with different timing and response patterns.

This gave a defendable view of channel ROI, diminishing returns, and a mix that could drive more new patient volume with less waste.

The Proof

The hospital network shifted spend with more confidence and better visibility into marginal gain. Those gains came from a model the team could explain, defend, and use again as the budget moved. They improved cost per acquisition efficiency over two years all while reducing overall working media spend.

  • 8%

    Reduction in working media spend

  • 2

    Patient decision paths modeled

The Goal

Increase the number of marketing-driven new patients using the existing budget, while also quantifying how a sister brand’s marketing influenced hospital new patient volume.

The Challenge

The hospital network needed to grow acquisitions without adding spend. They also needed a clearer read on which channels actually drove new patients, how returns changed as spend increased, and how outside factors like COVID-19 affected demand.

A nurse pushing a patient in a wheelchair. Both are wearing face masks.

The absence of that clarity made incremental budget decisions harder to defend.

The Solution

We collected historical marketing and operations data, then added relevant contextual inputs, including regional COVID-19 case counts. Using a Bayesian marketing mix model, the team analyzed new patient volume patterns and identified two underlying patient types: one with a longer decision process and one that moved faster.

A doctor and a nurse in face masks examining a patient on a monitor.

The model quantified channel-level ROI, diminishing returns, and the optimal mix for maximizing new patient volume. With that architecture in place, the hospital network shifted channel mix and made incremental spend decisions based on predicted marginal gains across channels.

Resusable Site Template to Drive Intent

Overview

The result was repeatable model for turning search, site visits, and retail intent into measurable action.

Blistex came to us with a clear growth ask: make it easier for shoppers to move from digital discovery to purchase across eight brands.

We built a connected, simplified web experience that matched how people actually shop: one architecture, brand-specific personas and journeys, and where-to-buy functionality that showed real-time inventory and pricing across key retailers.

The Goal

Blistex wanted to drive omnichannel purchase capability across its eight brands and create a consistent user experience that made it easier for shoppers to find where to buy.

  • Purchase Intent

Connect digital discovery to purchase across both online and brick-and-mortar retail.

  • Brand Consistency

Deliver a coherent shopper experience across eight distinct brand sites without losing what made each brand its own.

The Challenge

Eight brands needed a shared architecture without losing what made each one distinct.

An image with the following logos - Blistex, Odor-Eaters, Stridex, Tucks, Kank-A, Glysomed, Ivarest and Foille

Blistex also needed where-to-buy functionality that could surface accurate online and offline inventory and pricing across key retailers, while keeping the system manageable behind the scenes.

The Solution

We built personas and purchase journeys for each brand, and designed a site architecture to scale across the full Blistex brand family, with a single content management system behind it. This reduced support time and kept the experience consistent. We found where-to-buy providers that could surface real-time inventory and pricing across retailers and integrated this into the experience.

The Proof

The new system gave Blistex brands a way to connect digital media to purchase intent across both online and brick-and-mortar stores. Better search visibility, clearer paths to buy, and a cleaner operating model behind the sites drove measurable impact.

Education campaign busting tankless water heater myths

Overview

Media relations, influencer thought leadership and trade partnerships, worked as one system to earn confidence.

Rinnai needed to prove to pros that tankless water heaters were worth consideration despite long held industry myths.

We built an influencer campaign around education, not flash, so the audience could hear trusted voices explain the real story behind tankless water heaters — and not fall for the myths.

The Goal

Increase quality coverage for Rinnai products, and build awareness and consideration among plumbing professionals by giving them a clearer, more accurate picture of what tankless water heaters can do.

  • Coverage & Credibility

Strengthen Rinnai's visibility with industry experts through education-based communications, trade activations and earned editorial presence.

  • Pro Audience Consideration

Reach plumbers, contractors, and plumbing engineers with the kind of proof that changes how they think about the brand and the product.

The Challenge

Misconceptions about tankless water heaters were stalling consideration among contractors in the US.

Rinnai needed to connect with plumbers, contractors, and plumbing engineers in a crowded category where those myths could slow understanding and buy-in. The work had to reach a niche audience efficiently and hold attention long enough to change how people thought about the brand.

Rinnai Tankless water heater
Rinnai Tankless water heater

The Solution

We developed the Tankless Truths campaign, where we partnered with four well-known influencers in the pro-contractor and plumber space to create educational, testimonial videos that tackled common myths about tankless water heaters. We then built an educational content-driven public relations program through the website, YouTube and Instagram that did more than chase mentions. It gave the market a reason to pay attention.

Using second-party data from key trade publications to target the selected regions and distribute the testimonial video, we paired our audience architecture with co-branded eBlasts and personalized copy and creative, to increase resonance.

Targeted outreach and content built to explain the category and correct misconceptions created continuity across every channel, connecting media relations, thought leadership, trade association partnerships, and trade events.

The Proof

Rinnai came away with 70 assets it owns or licenses for use across different media channels. Contractor skepticism in cold-weather markets gave way to engagement that beat every goal. The message didn’t just reach the right people, it moved them from skepticism to action.
