Founded in 1985 The American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR) plays a catalytic role in accelerating the pace of HIV/AIDS research. Brunner designed amfAR’s new site to feature the organization’s dedication to research, prevention, treatment, education, and the advocacy of AIDS-related public policy.
An interactive timeline showcases amfAR’s involvement and contributions throughout the history of the AIDS epidemic. An events calendar allows users to follow, and register for, amfAR’s star-studded functions. Also included are photo galleries, interactive maps, multimedia, and a new donation form, designed to increase the size and frequency of donations.
