Fondly known by his colleagues as the professor, Louis is passionate about branding. His track record for helping clients build brands while driving sales has made him a much sought-after branding expert. He has more than 25 years of experience orchestrating research, developing strategic plans, and implementing brand positioning. His clients have included Coca-Cola, The Dow Chemical Company, James Hardie Siding Products, Edge Flooring, Anderson Hardwood Floors, and Comcast Cable.
Lauren is a leader on the BRUNNER account team with deep experience in the home category, including guiding 84 Lumber through a recent Super Bowl-sized (literally) brand strategy. Whether it's wrangling an octopus of a project, smartly challenging a client request or inspiring her team to produce exceptional results under pressure, Lauren delivers. Prior to agency life, Lauren worked on the client side of the business for both the Pepsi Bottling Group and Shearer’s Foods, Inc. For Shopper Solutions, she worked as director of shopper marketing, with clients including The Clorox Sales Company, Nissin Foods and the Kellogg Company. At BRUNNER, Lauren has built strong relationships with clients such as Cub Cadet, GSK, Shaw and Mitsubishi, including research into housing trends.
Steve leads and manages PR for all BRUNNER clients, including multiple home category brands. His experience in government consulting, organizational communications, and change management shapes his unique perspective on public relations – placing value on developing strong business goals and relationships. Steve is a regular contributor to home enrichment thought leadership for BRUNNER and in national building industry publications. Steve worked at Booz Allen Hamilton for nine years where he founded and led their Social Media and Digital Strategy practice. Later landing with Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago, he led the PR Department, and then the PR and social media work for Edward Jones, Experian, and Transunion. Steve is a millennial home owner with considerable experience in home renovation.
Jennifer serves as the chief storyteller for the entire BRUNNER team and contributes to home enrichment thought leadership in BRUNNER and national publications regularly. Her understanding of how to marry insights to engaging narrative is borne of a blend of professional journalism, marketing leadership experience and passion for communication. Over the last 23 years she has written and led strategic and creative initiatives for companies including Business Forward, The Garden State Wine Growers Association, Confluence, Crown Castle, Action Builders and an award-winning marketing campaign for the YMCA. Jennifer has earned two Golden Quill Awards for her reporting and her articles have appeared in numerous publications including The Atlanta Business Chronicle, New Jersey Savvy Living, Pittsburgh Magazine, Edible Jersey, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and Main Line Today. She hosted her original show, "Hip Momma" on KDKA and has written extensively about her own experiences with multiple home renovations.
As a member of Brunner’s Home Enrichment Team, Brittany monitors interaction with the Emerging Millennial Home Owner Panel, a platform for millennials to help brands understand better marketing practices, and tracks important feedback from its members. As a millennial homeowner herself, she knows the ins and outs of homeownership, having completed DIY projects like updating flooring, landscaping, building a fence, bathroom updates, and a kitchen renovation. With undergraduate degrees in Art History and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree in business from Point Park University, she provides a unique blend of creativity and practicality as she maintains overall coordination of Brunner’s New Business Department.
