BRUNNER Takes Home PR Team of the Year Award
Agency honored with nine awards from PRSA Pittsburgh during event held January 25
Pittsburgh (January 29, 2018) – A Cannes Lion. An award-winning, global conversation-starting Super Bowl commercial. A PRWeek U.S. Awards national finalist. An INDIE Awards global finalist. What do all of these have in common? BRUNNER. In 2017, the agency’s PR practice doubled its revenue, grew its client roster by 67 percent, and took home a slew of awards for its work for clients like 84 Lumber and Lucky Leaf.
In recognition of these efforts, BRUNNER was named the 2018 PR Team of the Year by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Pittsburgh chapter while also securing honors across nine different categories of work including:

“At BRUNNER, we get to be at the center of the convergence of public relations, advertising and marketing,” said Steve Radick, VP, Director of Public Relations at BRUNNER. “It’s an honor to be recognized for our work across all of these areas, and I can’t wait to build on this momentum in 2018.”
Individual team members were also recognized by several industry outlets. Radick gave several keynote presentations sponsored by organizations like PRSA, IABC and the CMO Leadership Summit. BRUNNER’s Associate Director of Public Relations, Meredith Klein, was recognized by the Pittsburgh Business Times as a 30 under 30 and The Drum as a 50 under 30 while Jordan Mitrik, Public Relations Specialist, was honored as PRSA Member of the Year.
PRSA is the nation’s largest organization for public relations professionals. With more than 200 members, PRSA’s Pittsburgh Chapter, plays a vital role in the growth and promotion of the PR profession in the region.
The chapter’s annual Renaissance Awards called for submissions from Pittsburgh agencies, companies, and brands to enter their best PR and marketing efforts in more than 20 diverse categories.
