As agency’s digital and technical entities grow, employees are recognized
Pittsburgh (March 13, 2019) – In the last year, Brunner has expanded its innovation lab, doubled its digital performance marketing team and secured new clients. As a result of these operational optimizations across departments, six Brunner employees have demonstrated unparalleled commitment to sharpening their craft. These individuals have made palpable strides to ensure they deliver the best possible client experience while also contributing to the agency’s vision. From performance marketing to technical development, these associates keep Brunner, its employees and clients, efficient, informed and successful.

Recent promotions include:
• Chrissy Lynn has been promoted to Associate Director, Operations
o Having joined Brunner in 2016, Chrissy has provided infectious energy and a keen eye for strategy for almost three years. Initially a Performance Marketing Operations Manager, Chrissy has proven herself as a truly indispensable resource to the digital performance marketing team and Brunner, often dedicating her time to educating associates and outside teams on digital performance marketing. Her new role as Associate Director, Operations will enable her to coordinate, oversee and integrate operational processes and strategy execution for performance marketing.
• Luke Navickas has been promoted to Senior Manager, Search
o Luke has been part of the Brunner family for nearly four years after coming to the agency as a Search Account Manager. With more than six years of experience in digital marketing, and an innate ability to drive success, Luke will now serve as the agency’s main Search Engine Marketing point of contact while also enabling clients to reach program goals
• Ryan Bopp has been promoted to Senior Manager, Display
o With roughly six years of experience in the digital marketing industry, Ryan has been with Brunner for more than half of his career. After demonstrating impeccable leadership qualities as a Digital Account Manager, Ryan has been assigned to manage some of the most impactful agency accounts. He will also lead strategy, execution and a newly formed internal team of three individuals.
• Alex Weilersbacher has been promoted to Account Manager, Search
o Starting out as an SEM Intern in 2015, Alex demonstrated a natural aptitude for digital performance marketing and was soon brought on full-time as a Search Specialist. Now, as an Account Manager, Search, Alex will channel his communication and methodical abilities as he manages the day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise level paid search campaigns while also contributing to the development and execution of market strategies.
• Andrew Tilley has been promoted to Account Manager, Display
o With more than four years of experience, Andrew has been with Brunner for just over two after joining as a Paid Social and Programmatic Display Manager. In his new role as Account Manager, Display, Andrew will perfect his niche and channel his skills and background as a well-rounded “computer guy.” He will be responsible for the strategy, execution, performance and reporting for all programmatic display and paid social campaigns.
• Michael Rohn has been promoted to Application Developer
o Michael joined the Brunner team in 2017 as a Junior Application Developer after working as a freelance web developer. A true “techie,” Michael has a knowledge arsenal of coding languages in the double digits. His passion and skill for coding and problem solving have led to his new responsibilities of planning and executing new client negotiated features and overseeing the resolution of production issues as part of the agency’s BHiveLab.
